Wonderful wedding cake
Big thanks to Auntie Voe who made the wonderful wedding cake. Thanks also for showing Monica how to make sugar flowers. The final cake was a joint effort between Voe, Monica and Diane who did such a great job on the ‘xi’ symbol.

Not only did the wedding cake look good, it also tasted fantastic. I think Auntie Voe must have soaked the dried fruit in a whole bottle of brandy.
